Their portfolio of businesses includes, hotels, coffee houses, restaurants, residential property and private members clubs. They operate an extensive range of brands, including, Starbucks, KFC, Point A Hotels, Sloane Place, Montague Place, ibis Styles and the Sloane Club.

We were briefed by the Managing Director of the Hotels Division and the COO to manage a search to appoint a property acquisition specialist. Their brief was to develop and deliver a quality pipeline of hotel acquisitions for their core brand Point A Hotels, as well as other property led investment opportunities. Backed by their private equity partner, Queensway are open to considering existing hotels, building conversions or new builds, so required someone with an exceptional understanding of the property market across the UK. Following an extensive search process, where we identified and assessed acquisition specialists from multiple sectors, including, hotels, hospitality, retail and offices, they appointed Ryan McWaters into the role. He is an expert in international real estate development and investment management, with significant experience partnering with private and institutional investors, developers and hoteliers.
