We were appointed by the Commercial Director to manage the search for a Head of Retail, who would be responsible for leading and developing an omni channel retail operation. Key elements of the role included identifying and launching new retail locations across The Royal Parks estate, as well as driving the newly launched ecommerce proposition. Our search focused on identifying individuals who had significant experience of leading complex multi site retail operations within visitor attractions, heritage or leisure environments. Following an extensive search and interview process, the Commercial Director appointed Paul Ogburn into the role. He brought significant knowledge and expertise, having previously been the Retail Director at Tate Enterprises, where he defined and led the retail strategy across the four Tate Galleries.
On addition to the Head of Retail search, we have also partnered with The Royal Parks to appoint the following;
- Head of Commercial Leisure
- Head of Events Development
